Simply Phở began as a humble dream — to bring the real taste of Northern Vietnamese Phở to the world. Our founders carried a single, time-honoured recipe from Hanoi, one that had been refined over three generations.
Every bowl starts with a broth slow-simmered for 12 hours using grass-fed beef bones, charred ginger, roasted onion, star anise, cinnamon, and clove — the sacred "pho spice" blend that defines Northern Việt cuisine. We source only the freshest rice noodles, hand-picked herbs, and premium proteins every morning.
